4. ORDER TRACKING / 订单追踪

Once your soul piece leaves our lab, you will receive a confirmation email containing aTracking Number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on our website or through the link provided in the email.当您的定制首饰离开实验室后，您将收到一封包含物流追踪号的确认邮件。您可以直接在我们的网站上或通过邮件中的链接查询包裹进度。
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES / 关税与税费

MIORA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).MIORA 对您的订单可能产生的任何关税和税费概不负责。运输过程中或运输后产生的所有费用（关税、税款等）均由客户承担。
6. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES / 损坏或丢件
